This was our first Airbnb stay and this condo and the hosts were great. The condo was beautiful, check in was super easy with clear instructions of where the condo was and how to check in. Good location to theme parks, shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and stocked with everything to make it feel like home. Overall great place to stay!

Pros: Easy to check in and use keypad. Communication was easy with the host. The pool is nice with a lot of seating and shade if you need it. The condo is across the parking lot to the pool so the walk is easy. Grocery store, restaurants, and drugstore are close. Cons: Upon entering the condo it was not clean at all. Floors were not clean and our socks immediately got dirty. The kitchen cabinets were very greasy and dirty inside and out. We washed dishes before using them and wiped the cabinets down. Very limited towels and washcloths in the bathrooms and most of them were stained. This condo needs a good cleaning from top to bottom along with some general maintenance. The grounds around the condo need some upkeep. I'm sure at some time Tuscana was a very nice resort when all the amenities were available, like the poolside bar and seating area, which by the way are still pictured in the listing. Would not stay here again. Disappointed! Budget friendly does not have to be dirty.

We had a fantastic stay at Frederic’s place! The room was a great temperature - (we’ve experienced some FL AirBnb’s that are too cold or too hot in terms of AC), the space was great, and we loved the Star Wars themed room! Balcony was perfect and peaceful and the building is conveniently located close to the resort pool & gym. Note with the gym, treadmills are limited but it was never super crowded! Pool was great too! It’s a good area to be within close distance of shops & restaurants and access to the Florida theme parks - you do need to go on i4 which can be “trafficy” at time. Overall, we loved our stay and would love to book again when we return to FL!
