STAY AWAY Horrible place to stay due to cleanliness place was horrible food left in the kitchen trash left in the cans . A car was in the driveway our whole trip. Baseboard trim looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years the floors were so dirty your feet stuck to it. The floors had wholes in it covered up with duck tape . The smell in the house was so bad we could not get rid of it the whole time we were there. The owner did send his two kids over to try and clean it alittle but we shouldnt have had to do that the place should have been cleaned. The back door does not lock I had people leave the house and not stay there because of the condition of the house. It was horrible I asked for a partial return on what we paid and Airbnb was no help and we did not get anything back it was a nightmare

My family and I stayed at Lichenna’s place for five nights. We had 5 adults and two young kids (2 years old and under). First I will start with the positives: This house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The spacious property has three private bedrooms that were all clean and included comfortable beds and Roku TV that made it easy to unwind. Lichenna was a very caring host, they went out of their way to buy a highchair for my family to use during our stay. My family also enjoyed playing billiards and the piano. Now for the negatives: The wood floor on the first floor was extremely dirty when we arrived. So much so that we did not want to walk around in bare feet or socks as feet would stick to the floor while walking and wiping a paper towel on the floor revealed much black filth. The house also had high levels of wear to the couches, damaged covers over the kitchen ceiling lights (someone attempted repair with screen tape), damage/taped flooring by the rear sliding door, multiple damaged window blinds, damaged soap tray in master shower, and leaking kitchen faucet (spoke to Lichenna about this last issue and they said they had plans to repair next week). Lastly, one night my family was all relaxing with TV in the family room when we all noticed a cockroach on the floor. We had to remove and dispose of the bug and were all disgusted. Lichenna was a generous host and easy to deal with, however we took serious issue with the lack of cleanliness in the property. I would overall not recommend staying at this property. If we ever travel to the Austin area again we will look for other accommodations.
