We were looking for something pretty spacious to celebrate my husbands birthday and bring in the new years. We were up front about our guest limit being more than what was acceptable on the site with the host and they worked very well with us. We did have to fork up an additional $1,000 refundable deposit not listed on the site due to us going over the guest limit but it was understandable. The only thing negative thing I can think of was the rooms were a little dusty and with us paying an additional $500 for the guest limit, there was maybe 1-2 toilet paper in each bathroom. I have heard the houses in Suncadia having this issue so both things I’ve mentioned might be out of the control of host if they use a third party to clean/stock-up. Would definitely book again and high recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this place for the 4th of July weekend with extended family. This was perfect for a family vacation - plenty of space, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, beautiful view, boardgames, lots of towels, etc. The mother in law unit was fun for the kids to "discover" too. The hot tub was a total hit forkids and grown ups. We just wished that we had stayed for a few more days.

This house was the perfect spot for a family reunion! Very spacious home with lots of spaces to hang out. Fully furnished kitchen - cozy main areas with serene views of pond and woods. Although a bit chilly during the first week of April, the hot tub was a welcome treat . We enjoyed walking distance to Dawson Park and trails around Suncadia. Special memories made with our loved ones!

Great place. Beautiful place. A little close to the neighbors, but all around good time! Highly recommended.
