Welcome to our beach condo in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort! This 2400 acre Destin Resort offers golf, pools, beach, tennis, biking, boating, fishing, shopping, walking village, movie theater, and more! We are offering you a clean, comfortable condo with 2 large bedrooms, 3 baths, new queen sofa bed, and washer/dryer. Enjoy the balcony off one bedroom, screened porch with Bay view, complimentary GOLF CART, and access to 2 free heated pools! Family friendly! Come enjoy our HAPPY PLACE! Both bedrooms are upstairs and each one has a king bed, its own full bath with tubs, two closets, ceiling fan and a TV. One of the bedrooms has a balcony. Washer/dryer are upstairs for your convenience. There is a walk-in shower in the large downstairs bathroom. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen with new granite countertops, dining area with seating for six and the spacious family room with queen sleeper sofa and Smart TV. Just off the family room is a spacious screened porch with table and chairs for eating or relaxing. You will have access to two storage areas for beach gear, just outside in front of the condo. We have beach chairs, buckets, boogie boards, and cooler for you to use as our guest! A new 2021 four-person GOLF CART is parked in front of the condo for your enjoyment! Updated WiFi summer, 2018.

Great place to stay! Loved having the golf cart to drive around!
Had a great time at Susan’s place! The golf cart is SO fun. This is such an easy and fun place to stay with kids - could take the cart to the beach or pool, as well as multiple restaurants and a grocery store. The beds were comfy, there was a pack and play as well as a great amount of toys (both for the house and the pool/beach). Thank you!
We really enjoyed our stay at Sandestin! Susan was a fantastic host who answered all of my questions quickly. The condo was clean and comfy and the golf cart made it so fun to get out and enjoy all that Sandestin has to offer. We hated to leave!

We had an amazing week! So good to get away with just our family of 6 - Baytowne Wharfe has SO much to do for kids. Definitely a family friendly area. The heated pool was a huge hit with our kids (ages 9,8,4,2) and less busy than the beach. For beach days - it was so helpful to have chairs/toys provided - and the golf cart was the highlight of the trip! Plenty of stores nearby for shopping if you get a rainy day. The condo was clean & cozy - we absolutely loved our time here!

Sandestin Resort is comprised of four main areas: Beachside, Bayside, Lakeside and the Village Wharf. Our condo is located on the Bayside, but guests have access to every area! The condo is centrally located within the Resort making it easy to get to Baytowne Wharf, the marina, pools, tennis courts, Publix, Grand Boulevard shops and restaurants, four golf courses, the beach and more!
Guests can park directly in front of the condo, next to the golf cart; however, we only have two parking spaces. A lot of people travel around the Resort in golf carts, but there is plenty of parking for vehicles too. The Resort has great signage on the property to help you get around. Bike rental is very popular. I suggest getting the Explore Sandestin App.

My husband and I visited Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort for 15 years before we decided to buy our own condo in 2018. We want to enjoy the resort more throughout the year and share our condo with our family and friends! We have four, married children and six grand kids who we adore! We are blessed to have them all close by in Kentucky! We absolutely love the beaches here, and so will you!!
