The place was wonderful!! Very cozy, plenty of modern amenities and great for anyone with a pet! Sandee was very available to communicate with when we had a question. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!! We would love to come back.

Sanders cottage is as described. Small but accommodated our group of 6 comfortably. Beautiful surroundings and a nice place to walk. About a 20 minute drive from downtown traverse city and a half hour from wine country. We would recommend Sandee’s place to other and stay again if the occasion came up to do so.

My family and I had such a great week at Sandee’s place. Everything was exactly as pictured and it was a nice quiet relaxing week by the lake for us. I have 3 year old twin boys and the playground was a huge hit for them. Being able to bring our senior dog on vacation is a huge added bonus for us so we don’t need to worry about him while we’re gone and feels like we right at home. The house is just steps away from the lake with a nice beach to play in. The location is perfect for being about 20 minutes from downtown traverse city to make easy trips to and from. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals throughout the week which was very helpful. Sandee was extremely responsive and so kind. Even all of the neighbors were so friendly and made it feel like such a great place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Sandee! ❤️

Lovely location. Very comfortable cottage, excellent use of space with the bunk beds. Nice kitchen. Clear instructions, very convenient walk to the beautiful lake. Close to Traverse City but far enough to feel out of the city. Appreciated the ability to dock a boat right on our beach. Very responsive hosts and friendly guests and residents. Worked well for our family of 6!
