Had a lovely stay here. We felt right at home and the grandkids loved it. House was sited in a good spot near the charming river walk to the sea front and near enough to retreat to when the weather was iffy. The sound of the river rushing next to us was soothing and we practically lived in the conservatory. Two minutes walk to the nearest bakers and eateries. The inevitable parking issues were eased by the presence of garage and forecourt and we could accommodate our two cars, although negotiating the angles was tricky! Would definitely stay here again and thanks Tim for your help and flexibility.

Another fantastic holiday at this property. Always a nice place and perfect location. Love the upgrades that have been done. Definately recommend and will return again.

Another family holiday at Tim's place came to an end today. Had a lovely time as always. The cottage is perfect for us, and the new walk in shower this year made all the difference for our older parents. Located near the seafront and all the amenities. We'll equipped and clean. Must also thank Tim for ordering the amazing weather for us 😀. We swam every day!

Great location with parking. Tim's place was just what we wanted, great house with a level 5 minute walk to the front and the shops, pubs and restaurants you need plus a 2 minute walk to the Lyme Regis micro brewery! The only negative for us was that a DVD player in the house would be more useful than a VHS player for our grand children who had never seen one before!

We loved staying here, the property is so central to everything in Lyme. Very easy walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants etc. Lovely new kitchen and bathroom, ample living room and good sized bedrooms. There are mixed reviews on parking and I must admit we found it quite tricky negotiating the entrance with a Kia Sport. It’s quite busy with pedestrians but fine if you take your time. It was certainly a bonus having the parking. We didn’t need to communicate with Tim whilst there as everything was perfect. Many thanks Tim, we had a fabulous time.
