Ben is the best host in by the sea. The place is clean and spacious for a large group. It has all the amenities and things you ever wished for in a condo unit. Appliances are all working so there is nothing to worry about. Check in and out is seamless and fast. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The view is nice as it is facing directly to the swimming pool and the beach. Overall, we are very satisfied in our stay.

Host was good but the property was not great for the money. No real sea view, badly broken balcony furniture (which was replaced when we commented on it), gym was listed under facilities but was closed for maintenance, internet was sketchy.

You can request a sea or mountain view. We requested a mountain view which was amazing. Sea view room would be too noisy as it overlooks the pool. Great wifi and a TV with Netflix. Store when you exit the building, go immediately left and 2nd store on left. You can get all your amenities here, including wine/etc. The Mardin restaurant (go left and immediately left) is the best for Arabic food. Outstanding. Batu Ferrengi Restaurant is excellent, high-end restaurant, and only a few walks away. The airport is about an hour away but suggest your driver take you via the mountain road (although it's windy), can save up to a further hour in traffic. Go to the Butterfly Gardens and Water Park, both about 15 min drive from the apartment. Say HI to the black cat we had been feeding in the area in front! His name is Sprinkles! Enjoy!

Great location and nice host. The apartment is just a few upgrades away from being an A+ stay. Furniture was stained in the living room and it was disappointing to have to stay in a different downgraded apartment our first night because of "electrical issues" with the one we rented. We received a small refund for the inconvenience which was nice. Overall it was a nice vacation in a great location. Thank you!
