This was a beautiful AirBnB right on the lake with a private deck, canoes, boats, a fireplace, parking lot. The cabin itself was extremely spacious for my, my partner, and our energetic dog. The whole cabin was set up to be dog-friendly, including dog food/water bowels and treats. Kim was extremely flexible when we had to reschedule something last minute. Would love to stay here again.

Our grandkids and our great grandchild stayed at Kims and they all had a wonderful week. They used the kayaks and canoe, fished, roasted marshmallows and even their dog went swimming. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you Kim for your hospitality. Sincerely, Marguerite

Kim was extremely flexible with our reservation and responsive with all communications. Kim and Rich were warm, welcoming, and friendly. We loved getting to meet sweet JJ and watch him dive for rocks. The cabin was very clean, neat, and thoughtfully prepared with touches like wine and chocolate. We had everything we needed. We wish we could have stayed longer to spend more time outside enjoying the lake, however, most of our time was spent at Dog Mountain. ❤️😂 We hope to return again soon and highly recommend this peaceful, quaint accommodation on the lake.

Kim was super helpful while we were on our mother/daughter yearly trip. we started out at another Airbnb that didn't work out and she responded to our "cry for help" and got her place ready for us in a matter of a few hours. She so easy to talk with...kinda like you've known her instead of her being a stranger The Pioneer was super. clean...smelled wonderful...and was quiet and relaxing. when we reached out to her about something she immediately did her best to resolve it. The super dog JJ was the icing on the cake with our group. Definitely would go back and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great Vermont country lakeside experience!
