Absolutely loved my stay! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this Airbnb was something special. The location was a dream – just steps away from the vibrant energy of Oxford Street and the serene beauty of Hyde Park. The best of both worlds! The flat itself was a cozy haven. Thoughtful touches were everywhere, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedroom that guaranteed a restful night's sleep. I truly felt at home. And let's talk about the host – their hospitality was beyond compare. They were always available with helpful tips and recommendations, making my stay feel personal and authentic. With easy access to transportation, I was able to explore London with ease. But often, I found myself walking to nearby spots simply because of the flat's fantastic location. exceptional experience made even more memorable by the wonderful host. If you're looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of local charm, this is the place for you. Can't wait to come back!

First, the positives. The hosts are wonderful. Very helpful prior to and during our stay. Very good communication. Everything was very clear and easy with check in and check out. Also, the location is great. Less than 5 minute walk to the underground station. Many local shops, cafes, and restaurants in the area, which is very quiet. We also felt very safe in this neighborhood. No issues at all with walking around after dark. Unfortunately, the description for the flat does not reflect reality. The first line of the listing reads: “This flat is almost new, it’s cleaner and better than the hotel.” The flat is definitely NOT almost new. It is actually quite dated. The floors creak, baseboards are missing, the walls need painting, some of the windows are nearly impossible to close, the bedroom tv doesn’t work, the washing machine / dryer combo washes fine but does not hardly dry at all. Overall, spacious flat, wonderful hosts, great area, but dated property.

The best part of this place is the location. A few blocks from the Marble Arch station and a lot of quaint, local restaurants and cafes nearby. The place itself has weathered over time compared to what you see in the photos. The couch is old, many of the curtains are broken, the towels are old, the toilet paper holder is falling off, etc. In addition the only AC is a massive, in-room AC unit that sits in the middle of the master bedroom. Fortunately we didn't have to use it but it would have been problematic had the weather been hot. The host was very kind and responsive so no issues there. At the end of the day, given the price, I would have expected the place to be nicer.
