Horrible experience with the owner. She tried to charge us £15 for not cleaning her caravan when we checked out. She basically wanted us to clean the caravan for her. She also accused us of pinching a towel. Bed was very uncomfortable. Boiler was not working, we constantly have to ask them to sort it. Patio gate knackered does not close. She promised us swimming passes that did not materialised. We also feel that we are constantly being watched as they live literally right across from the caravan!

We have had a fabulous 3 night stay here. Caravan is literally 2 minutes to the beach which was perfect as this was a holiday for our dog. gorgeous comfortable and clean caravan. Sue is lovely and so are her 2 gorgeous doggies. we will be returning soon.

Sue was amazing in all direction. She was active to help when we needed her. Place is beautifully kept and nothing I was short of. Bed very comfortable which was an added bonus. Loved this place

We loved our stay at Sue's, despite the weather! The caravan is lovely, it had everything we needed, and the bed/duvet are soooo cosy! Sue is lovely too and is just across the way. The chip shop just by the holiday park is very handy for a chippy tea and the beach is two minutes walk away, what more can you ask for on a trip to the seaside! We are very much looking forward to returning!
