We had a great stay at Chitova's - its very spacious, clean and private, so ideal for a family trip. We were well looked after from arrival to departure, with good, and varied breakfasts included, overnight security guard, and daily housekeeping. All the bedrooms have Air Conditioning, and brand new mosquito nets, so we had a peaceful night's sleep every night. The location is in the low density housing area, and felt very safe - urban enough to not have wild animals around, but still not far from town - about a 30 minute walk to the supermarket or the town centre. There was a power cut while we were there (standard for Zim!), but Lisah came straight away and transferred us onto the solar and battery so we were only without power for a few minutes, which was amazing. The pool is perfect for a small family, and gets the sun from morning to mid afternoon, so was a great temperature.

My Family felt at home. we especiallyappreciated the individualair conditioned bedrooms given how hot the area is it was refreshing! House is well maintained and staff very pleasant! Well done!

As a group of 7 we loved our stay! Before we even arrived the staff answered our questions and was great at communication! They helped us with our transportation needs by recommending Shepherd’s taxi service and even helped us schedule several of our pickups! They helped us schedule our activities and were able to answer all of our questions! Everything was clean! The breakfast was great! We were well taken care of and really appreciated all of the great service!

Norman has a really good place and the service is exceptional. We enjoyed our stay unfortunately it was just one night. Great job
