Hosts reached out via the website and gave helpful info and endorsed us to the co-host. The co-host was approachable and flexible with check in and check out times. She taught us the ins and outs of the property during check in and gave us tips. The area was a subdivision with a guard at the entrance. The house and gate had separate padlocks. The house is as advertised and they added extra rails on top of the gate for security. There was parking space for one car. Parking wasn’t as smooth but that was because of the neighbor parking their car too close to the gate. Rooms were clean and amenities were complete - toaster, microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, wi-fi. Towels and hand soap were provided. We booked this house so we can rest after attending a concert nearby — no problems returning to the house at 2am (Phil Arena traffic was bad). Would stay here again for future concerts. Thank you!

Great place with shops and food within walking distance. Robinson mall close by. Balcony was nice to relax at during the night lighting storms. Only thing I would complain about was aunts in the house sometimes. And no Netflix. Good place to stay overall.

Rommel and Fe's place is in a quiet neighborhood. Supermarkets are few minutes away if you have a car. Thanks for the flexible check-in and check-out

Nice place to stay. Needs more improvements for internet connectivity. Some fixtures needs to be updated. But overall a very nice place to stay in. Thanks
