This wonderful cabin is clean, private, with an excellent location right on the water and within an easy drive to parks and towns. It has a private sandy beach, just out the back door, and is perfect for kids to play in shallow safe water, and use of the kayaks and paddleboard come with it. There are plenty of beds, rooms, towels, and bathrooms to make this cabin comfortable for large families. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking and serving equipment. The feel of the cabin is comfortable, cozy, and rustic with all the conveniences of home. It is well maintained and I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had an amazing time at Eagle Sands (we even saw an eagle)! It is the perfect house for a trip to Door County with family or friends. Kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, lake access and a fully stocked kitchen are just a few of the things this house has to offer. The description for the house is not accurate. Much more is provided than listed. The photos are also outdated, we were pleasantly surprised with how nice the house was.

This lodge was nice and in a good location in Sister Bay. The house seems to be well maintained and has a great layout, but the bedrooms will accommodate only up to 8 people. It is advertised for 12 people but the bedding is not proportional to the bedrooms and a lot of seeping is in hall ways and open areas. Kitchen was well equipped for any meal preparation but the counter top space was limited and occupied by ants in some areas. It was also hard to find a space to store our food in the kitchen. The bathrooms were clean but we only got one toilet roll in each bathroom for three days. The property has access to water but it is not a beach. It is narrow and a small. Advertised sporting equipment was in the garage but not accessible, blocked by car and various furniture. During our stay, there was also no outdoor sitting or dining furniture on the patio. The checkout day is a little chaotic. The expectations were to wash all the dishes and place them back in the cabinets, wash all the towels and put them in the drier, clean in and outside the house meaning place all the items in the proper places, pack and leave by 10 am. So if you plan to stay in this place: - bring your own towels so you don't have to worry about the towels in the morning or wash them a night before and don't wash yourself in the morning, - don't plan to eat breakfast on your last day in the house, do all the dishes the night before so you don't have to worry about it in the morning. - clean the house the night before, - all so you can get up at reasonable hour, pack and go by 10 am Overall, nice big house with a potential but not worth $800 a night for Memorial weekend.
