Ana Maria's apartment is so much more beautiful than shown in the pics. It is very comfortable/spacious, great layout, great view, because it's located on the 10th floor a nice and much needed breeze swifts thru the entire apartment during the hot days of Pereira. It has all your basic amenities and it has a dryer (which is not common in Colombia). We especially appreciated the laundry room/area which so convenient to have. We also loved the open kitchen layout and its design. It was carefully thought out with lots of storage space and all new appliances. The apartment is located in a very convenient are with a grocery store a few steps away, a pharmacy 2 blocks up, walking distance to La Circunvalar (main street) which has restaurants and shopping. The gentlemen at the concierge were respectful, helpful and amicable and wanted to make sure our stay was great. We had two issues: 1. The hot water was not working. Thiss was quickly resolved after communicating with Ana Maria. 2. Our internet connection did not work for our entire stay. Ana Maria tried her best to help and even reached out to the internet company. This was really the only "problem" that we can report. Finally, due to the COVID-19 pandemic we had to cut our stay short. Ana Maria refunded us the nights that we had to cancel and we really appreciate that. We will definitely stay here again. LOOK NO FURTHER! This place is superb. The place is amazing, clean, centrally located, and super safe. In addition, Ana María is an amazing host. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing but wonderful. Def staying here next time. Perfectly located to explore the entire Eje Cafetero region.

Gracias Ana María por tu increíble intención, siempre disponible y resolutiva. En una ubicación perfecta, segura y con todos los servicios necesarios a dos pasos de la puerta. La casa increíble, amplia, limpia, moderna, con todas las comodidades y perfecta para sentirte como en tu propia casa. Sin duda la recomendamos al 100%. Si volvemos a Pereira no dudaremos donde alojarnos. De nuevo gracias!!!
