I have never stayed in a rental like this before. The bathroom and kitchen had areas that were beyond dirty. The bottom of the toilet and microwave honestly look like they have not been cleaned in months. There was hair in the refrigerator and 2 inches of dust on the ceiling fans. The grout around the tub and in the kitchen are covered in mold and would need an industrial cleaner to get it in livable shape. There were stains on the floor and dust all over. The window coverings are stapled up and have rips in them. The whole place just left you feeling dirty. Make sure to take your own toiltries. No soap for tub and the shampoo&conditioner are huge bottles&the shampoo was empty. The abandoned building on the property is actually just 3 walls full of weeds with lawn chairs/trashcans thrown in. More of the same right outside the house. At night we heard who knows what rustling in those areas. If I could leave pics you would be horrified! Renter BEWARE!!!!!

We enjoyed staying in this cute little house! The outside hasn’t been renovated yet but the inside has and it’s so cute and well decorated. It’s a very old, quaint little house- located close to everything! Maegan was very kind and very responsive. We had a storm while we were there and a huge limb out of the tree outside fell on our car and broke the back glass out. I messaged her to make her aware of the broken glass and how we couldn’t move the limb and she responded very promptly, making sure we weren’t hurt. We will definitely stay here again! We love visiting the Greenville area and will probably work the Hunting and Fishing Expo every year. ☺️

My girlfriend and I wanted a little getaway, and decided to head to North Carolina for some peace and quiet. Not too far from places we'd like to see, and got to experience the food scene. It was my girlfriend's first time in NC, and she had a great time. Thank you to our host and co-hosts for a beautiful and simple place to stay. We aren't into unnecessary flashy hotels, so this was the perfect place for us to be in.
