Karen was a lovely host. The place was clean and the instructions for the house and amenities were very clear. She was also quick to respond to questions and inquiries. Would definitely book again.

Karen's place was a wonderful landing pad for our family's relocation to the LA area. It had everything we needed for our small family (2 adults and toddler) to settle for a few weeks while we started preschool and hunted for our new house. Karen was very friendly and responsive and, at the same time, inconspicuous -- the place felt like "ours", but when we needed something, Karen was right there. The AC unit worked great during hot days, the private washer/dryer was so convenient, and our stay was very comfortable. I would recommend the Llama House for anybody in need an extended stay in the area.

Karen’s place is in a very nice neighborhood. The place is small but provided everything we needed for our 3 month stay. Karen was very responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. Would recommend karen’s place if you are looking for a safe convenient place in LA.

Our stay at the Llama House was terrific. We stayed there for three months and it's was truly the best place for us. Especially for a long stay. The place was really spacious, clean and nicely stocked and decorated. We absolutely loved the neighborhood too - that was a pleasant surprise. Was such a great place to explore and very conveniently located to the rest of the city - if you're a walker, get ready for some steep hills! Finally, Karen and her partner were absolutely wonderful hosts. Very responsive and always helpful and friendly. We will always have wonderful memories of our time in LA, and a lot of that is thanks to the Llama House. Definitely plan to make it our landing pad any time we're back there!
