This place is just as described, maybe even more luxurious than we expected. The view is breathtaking and the room was almost too big for 2 people. We really appreciated the space and wished we could have stayed longer. It's also very clean. No beach access and there was construction going on around but this didn't bother us. Only brief walk down to the town/beach. there are 2 restaurants but the food isn't the that great, best to bring food with you or venture out of town. Phillippe at the front desk was so nice and helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you Francisco!

Much is said about the beauty of the place but my experience with the host was not a good one. I requested a room change for a legitimate problem and received one but not before being told I was the only one to have the problem and could never be pleased. I never saw another guest there during my stay even though the place is palatial. I contacted air bnb regarding my concerns and checked out in the morning. I lost money on this one. (had booked three nights).but peace of mind is everything. Booked a fe more modest place but also beautiful.

My husband and I chose Francisco's AirBnB for our belated honeymoon, and our stay in Boca de Tomatlán was nothing short of a dream experience! Francisco's AirBnB is a 5-star accommodation. We felt like we were staying at an all-inclusive luxury resort, with incredibly attentive and kind staff available to help us at any time. Francisco was always incredibly fast to respond to our requests, and had amazing recommendations for food and how to travel in the area. The room itself is stunning, and the views are insanely beautiful. The room and hotel are exquisitely decorated, with two incredible pools, one of which is an infinity pool that overlooks the cove below. My husband and I felt like we were completely removed from the bigger city of Puerto Vallarta, and loved that we could either hike, swim, or take a boat taxi to any location we wanted to explore. The snorkeling was incredible and something I will never forget. We have been recommending Francisco's AirBnB to all of our family and friends, and can't wait to book another stay soon!

Excellent stay, the views are incredible, the place is very luxurious and very clean, hosts was also great. Location is awesome it’s a quick 10 min walk to the pier. Would absolutely love to stay here again
