We had a great time at Arturo's place. The location is incredible and the apartment ideal for spending a long weekend with the family. Communication with Arturo was easy and friendly. Recommended.

Truly a fantastic location! We could walk to most museums, restaurants, and thrift shops. It's located right next to the river, so it's also great for morning runs alongside the Seine. The interior design of the apartment is also super cute and cozy. My girlfriends and I had a blast staying in this apartment together. The host was also really responsive and answered our questions immediately. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Paris by walking!

Truly the best location for our needs! Could walk to all the attractions we wanted to visit: Louvre, Orsay, Notre Dame, the Marais and 100’s of restaurants. Fabulous!

Fabulous location, lots of bars & restaurants nearby, a Carrefour around the corner for essentials - though there was some already in the apartment. If you close the windows then there will be no noise but it gets rather warm so we really appreciated the fans! Lovely and clean and the apartment has everything you could possibly need. It’s really close to everything - a must see is Saint Chappelle within 5 mins walk, Notre Dame the same, the Louvre a little further. We had an amazing few days!

This accommodation was perfect for our 2-week stay in Paris. The location is outstanding. Particular features of this apartment that we appreciated: - The sound-proof windows. A perfect view and fresh air when we wanted it. Silence from a very busy street when it's time for quiet. That was pretty amazing. - Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows. Essential for a 2-week stay. We never ran out. - Rustic Paris charm. LOVE the half-timber ceiling. - Very clear come-and-go instructions. No problems there at all. - Responsiveness from our host. We had a couple of questions and Arturo was immediately available to help us resolve minor queries. - Comfortable beds. - The shower is tiny - but the water pressure, drainage, etc was perfect. No complaints there! - Great size... plenty of room for two people. We never felt cramped for space. I highly recommend this apartment and look forward to future visits.
