there are v few places that can accommodate 35 guests & just about everyone gets an en suite bathroom. Commercial kitchen & every appliance required to cook up a storm.

Great time away with the extended family celebrating Mum's 94th birthday. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and have their own space as well as amazing communal spaces that allowed us to make moments and create special memories. Ideal space and location for large groups.

Our extended family group had a great weekend away at Seaview House - awesome location (easy walk to beach/cafe/shops) and an amazing character-filled house with heaps of space for everyone, comfortable living areas and well-equipped kitchen. Big thanks to Salvador and Karen for hosting us. We would definitely recommend - perfect for large group holidays.

Great stay at Seaview House! We held our annual friend group reunion here. Fabulous place for 14 couples and our families to hang out. Communal spaces and commercial kitchen were fantastic. Loved the location, close to town.

We did a 3 day team retreat at Seaview Guest House and it was perfect. The best place to come together after 2 years of being sort. We highly recommend this place to stay!
