Very much as advertised. Convenient location, grounds well kept, gym had working equipment. Very responsive and friendly staff. Condo was equipped as advertised. We asked for an iron and ironing board and they proved them brand new. We had an issue with a hot water heater and they fixed it promptly. Only downside was that the condo was very dark, lighting is old fluorescent not led. Very dark in evening. Also the furniture and beds were useable but not very comfortable.

We stayed here for 4 weeks and had a great time. The apartment was actually better than we expected with a comfortable bed, excellent showers, good kitchen/cooking facilities, a very comfortable lounge and a nice balcony. The swimming pools and deck area are really good as is having direct access to the beach. The gym is functional and we used it most days and overlooks the main pool. Also useful was having the washing machines and the fresh drinking water dispenser that were located in the garage. The apartment was located in a convenient part of Hua Hin, being about 1km to Takiak(monkey island) in one direction and 1km to Tamarind Market in the other. There were a number of supermarkets a few minutes away. And some really nice coffee shops, bars/restaurant's and a bakers close by. To get to the main town, the local Songthaew’s stopped outside and cost 15 TBHT each way or sometimes we walked up the beach when the tide was out about 5km (1 hr). We will be back and definitely stay here.

Nice room with Good location. Great pool. Need to wait for changing bad cover even we check in at 16.00. Soap and shampoo in one of the shower room were not provided.
