We had a great winter family get-a-away to LBI at Angel's home! We were looking for a change of scenery and with a quick walk to the beach, the location can't be beat. The home is kid-friendly and clean. The four bedrooms are themed and there are many extra blankets available (just have to bring your own linens/towels). The heat worked well in the winter and we were toasty. We liked the Nests to play music/white noise, and never even attempted to turn the TV on (probably because our kids had tablets...!). I called Angel twice with questions about the house during our stay, and she answered my calls immediately and was very helpful and accommodating. Love how organized Angel is with her handbook! It was a great first Air BnB experience! And our meal at Russo's was one of the best we've ever had - check it out during your stay!

Excellent location & quick walk to the beach! 3 story house with comfortable beds & fully stocked kitchen!! Loved the outdoor shower as well as the ping pong table! Angel responded very quickly and was an excellent host.

Angel is a fantastic host! Excellent communication from beginning to end, lots of recommendations and the house is very well stocked, organized and super clean. A few things could be clarified about the listing: you do need to cross the blvd to get to the beach, however it’s far less busy this far south. I had just perceived this to be ocean side of the blvd so couldnt let my kids run down there on their own. Also, the kitchen & living area is on the 3rd floor. The layout and number of stairs wasn’t clear from the listing, and made trips from the kitchen to grill in the backyard a bit different than we expected. We only ate in twice anyway so didn’t mind. We loved the location! We loved that it was a little quieter than the rest of Beach Haven, yet we could get food and ice cream within 2 blocks, and easily bike with our kids to all the action. Beds were comfy, showers had great water pressure, we really appreciated all of beach gear and the open concept was great for cooking and hanging out with a nice breeze blowing through. I definitely recommend Angel and Le Beach house!
