The home was beautiful, spacious and nicely decorated. Ronald was a super host he always responded very quickly just a genuinely nice guy. Will definitely stay again

Beautiful quiet and peaceful place. The hoist was awesome!!

Very nice quiet location, well lit streets. The host made some furnishing upgrades and so some of the listing photos need to be updated. The kitchen is dated but everything works, and is well supplied with utensils, pot and pans, dishware etc. Nice huge new Washer Dryer if you need it. Good internet but no cable TV in the house which has TV's in almost every room. Guests need to log on to like Disney+, Netflix with their own log on and password to use these services. Listing makes it sound like these are included in the rental price. I think this point needs to be more clear in the listing. Great Host, would rent again since we have relatives in Memphis.
