Cecilia is a wonderful host! She sincerely wants you to enjoy her apartment and Nice. She left a bottle of wine for a welcome gift. The apartment is as pictured. The bed is firm and water pressure in the shower good. The apartment is so quiet but it's located near a lively restaurant area and shops. Also, the promenade and Old Town are within walking distance. Having a lift is a bonus! Because we stayed a week, I do wish we would have had more bath and dish towels and more than 3 rolls of toilet tissue.

It was everything I had hoped for in Nice. Perfect location for all points. She was super responsive and able to let us drop our bags before check-in so that we could enjoy the day. Would return anytime to this sweet apartment. The artwork is superior Thanks for all.

This place is located in a great spot minutes from the water, Old Nice and lots of restaurants. The apartment has everything you would need, but there are some downsides. The hot water does not work, the dryer does not work, the bed/pillows are very cheap/uncomfortable, and you only get two towels that are very cheap.

Cecilia' and Thomas' apartment is in an excellent location. It is close to lots of restaurants, bars and food shops. That said, the apartment enjoys peace and quiet. Everything is within easy walking distance- train station, sea front, shops and tourist attractions. It was so simple to get the number 2 tram from the airport straight to Jean Medecin tram stop which is only about 8 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is lovely, being light and airy. It was the perfect size for two and we were very comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay.
