Candy’s apartment was clean and comfortable for my family during our 5 night stay. Candy is a responsive communicator should you have any questions or issues. The gas and hot water was turned off upon check in without the host’s knowledge, and wasn’t going to be fixed for several days. Candy offered us partial refund or to relocate to a different apartment. We opted for the refund as at this point we had unpacked everything and it was too difficult to relocate with my baby and toddler. Candy did however offer to have her staff help. My feedback here is to always ensure the host is always knowledgeable if facilities were being turned off. We would have preferred the hot water. Another thing I’d like to mention is it would be helpful to have 2 keys. A tag is needed to use the lift and enter/exit the building. I had to round up my kids daily to pick up my husband downstairs, which was annoying. Other than that we had a pleasant stay and would recommend.
