Look no further, if this place is available, book it now! Yes there is quite a steep walk to the villa, but boy is it worth it! The villa is stunning, has everything you need and the views are fantastic, from inside the villa and outside. Unfortunately we didn’t get too much use out of the pool as the temp was a bit cool, but I can imagine over the warmer months it would get plenty of use. There is a choice of two terraces, with chairs and sun loungers. The inside is spotlessly clean, with everything you need including black out blinds in the master bedroom. Finally Stephania was great, any queries we had were answered quickly and it’s always great having someone on hand if needed. Thank you Stephania, we hope to return in the future.

Our family of three stayed at Stefania's place for two weeks during our extended road trip in Italy. We immediately loved the gorgeous views over Malcesine, Lake Garda and the mountains on the other side of the lake. The house is nicely tucked away on the hill above the town, so it's close to the old town but still very private. This does come at a cost of quite steep climb, if you want to visit the restaurants or shops without your car. This is not a minus but something to keep in mind. The house itself is light, spacious and nicely equipped both indoor and outside. Perfect for even a bit longer stay. We really appreciated the chance to enjoy the private pool even though it was already October. The property description mentions that the owners have an apartment in the basement of the house and it's good to bear in mind that there may be other people using this apartment while you're there.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus von Stefania verbracht. Die Lage ist top, das Haus sehr sauber und der Kontakt zu Stefania war auch super!

We loved our stay at Malcesine. The location was beautifully situated above lake Garda. The views were amazing. The driveway was a little bit challenging to navigate, but it was worth it for the amazing accommodation and pool. Malcesine is an interesting town with great restaurants and an amazing castle. Highly recommended, we would not hesitate to stay here again!
