Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesemn Museumshaus. Die Geschichte, die Einrichtung, die Gastfreundlichkeit, die Lage waren perfekt. Die Wanderung in Valea lui Stan haben wir (12 P - 6 Kinder+6 Erwachsene zwischen 6-72 J super absolviert. Es ist zu empfehlen.

This is a magical place in a great location. For families this place offers so many games, a yard and just an exploring heaven for the kids . Their are sheep, horses and turkey around the estate other than fruit trees and kind neighbors . Though you have to take in to consideration that they places ONLY hearing source is FIREPLACES!!!! This is important if you visit from October till Summer since it gets chilly. We personally were not experts at lighting fire places which demand a lot of work our hostess offered to send a neighbor who helped us and we got the house pretty warm with her help. Everyone was so kind to us. In many ways this place holds the best memories for us. Though heating is a serious consideration. Their was an option to order fresh home made food which was amazing! Something we didn’t get at our other stays. This place is unlike any other . We had a blast! Though their was a problem with the master bedroom -the fireplace didn’t work also some door handles were loose. Hopefully they will fix that for next time we visit :)

A unique place. It's nice to stay there and take a break from the modern world. Time has stopped there, but none of the comforts of a modern home are missing. Nice and helpful hosts. Every problem is solved, almost like a magic trick. Thank You, we will definitely come back one day. A house that cannot be forgotten.

Highly recommend. A place with a lot of history and culture, close to Romania’s wonderful Fagarasi mountains.

Amazing stay in this beautiful home of George Stepfanescu. Every corner of this place has a story to tell. An amazing experience! I highly recommend it.
