住的很舒服，步行两分钟到地铁，楼下就是市中心很方便。
位置方便，房间干净
Jack was welcoming, the room centrally located, windows keep outside noise down, fridge is ample size, common areas clean, water dispenser welcome. Shared washing machine can be disruptive, earplugs advised. Is used at all hours by the 3 rooms and hostel staff. Other noise from building work - not Jack’s fault and he quickly let me into another room to make calls. Some amenities missing/shards: no rice cooker, cooking basics (no oil, salt), no hot water in taps, few cleaning products. Mould on hob extractor - Jack quickly addressed. Jack is a nice person. The washing machine, amenities and mould are easily monitored/fixed. Once fixed, this could be a good value stay.
A nice place in a very good location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Jack is a very responsive host and was very helpful in making it a very swift check-in. Just a couple problems I had with the place. It mostly matched the description but when I arrived there were still bits of food left on some of the cutlery and plates in the kitchen and throughout my stay bugs kept popping up around the apartment, especially in the bathroom which was quite a nuisance and quite disgusting. Otherwise everything was very good and the bed was nice and good aircon and kitchen facilities.
Very responsive and helpful host, and nice room for a short to medium length stay. Single travellers or couples should definitely stay here!

This is why I aim to make my place a clean, safe, comfortable and convenient home for you. You can expect arrive to a clean, well maintained and equipped accommodation, where you can settle in right away. My accommodations are strategically located at heart of the city; it is minutes to major transportation like MTR and buses stations, shops, restaurants and supermarkets etc., which makes living and commuting so much more effortless. My accommodations are fairly new and have mostly been under long term rental, hence the relatively few reviews; however, you can see more guests experience with other accommodations that I have.
