Shawn and Catherine’s place in Lake Berkeley resort was better than we had ever hoped for. For us the things that stood out were: - The place was clean and spacious - the neighbourhood is clean, quiet, safe and in a perfect location for accessing big parks and hundreds of restaurants and shopping outlets - two kids parks available in walking distance - tennis and basketball court available in walking distance and the house has the equipment to use them - the pool and spa tub were fantastic and heated perfectly and once the water needed cleaning they sent someone within a couple hours (on a weekend)… this was the only time we reached out to the property managers and they delivered above and beyond Our family loved every minute of our stay in Florida and a MAJOR part of this is due to Shawn and Catherine’s place at 1048 Lake Berkley. We would highly recommend this place to any one. Thank you so much!

This house was a steal! Great location in a secure, gated community. Tons of restaurants and stores in the immediate area, and a 20 min ride to Disney. The house was large, clean and as described in the listing. We’ll definitely be back!
