I couldn't recommend Rena's villa higher! I have stayed at multiple vacation rentals in the last 10 years and I can easily say Rena's villa ranked higher in every aspect; well designed with practicality in mind to accommodate large and small groups, sparkling clean, safe, private yet walkable to city center, impeccable outdoors area with pool, jacuzzi and bbq. The kitchen was equipped with literally everything (and more) we needed, even Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. Something that I didn't realize before visiting is how convenient the location of the villa is. Syvota is a small town, with hills and at times difficult driving and parking. Rena's villa is in the flatter part of the town, making driving (when needed) easier. Rena and Andreas were the perfect hosts; available to help, but also mindful to give us the privacy needed. We couldn't have asked for more and we are literally counting the days to be back! Thank you Rena and Andrea

Fantastic accommodation, the pictures don't do this wonderful villa justice. The pool area and outdoor space is the best that we have had from any rental property. Inside the villa is spacious and provides all that you need as well as having air con in every room. Rena was a great host and helped us with recommendations and arranged a taxi to the ferry terminal for us. The villa is in a great location, very quiet but also only a short 10-15 minute walk into town. Highly recommended.

We had a beautiful vacation at Villa Rena. We were in Sivota for a group reunion and everyone had rented different housing. I have to say although I was afraid we would be too far from the Center and the port compared to our friends, this was not the case. It was actually nice to take the 10-15 minute walk home at night after going to eat in the center. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with not many visible neighbours but close to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. A lot of the other houses in Sivota are up steel hills that are difficult to climb for anybody, let alone children or anybody with reduced mobility. But Villa Rena is not in this area therefore very easy to access by foot. We were also the only ones with such a big yard, BBQ patio and large swimming pool. The house is new, clean and very practical. It was ideal for us. We really enjoyed sipping our coffee on the shaded terrace in the morning and relaxing in the pool after a long day at the beach.

Our stay at Villa Rena was amazing. All rooms and the garden were extremely clean and spacious. Suitable for our dog who had an amazing moment. The owners were very friendly, flexible and available for questions . We definitely recommend and we will come back.

We’ve had a wonderful summer holiday at villa Rena. The location was great, near Zabia beach and near the promenade of Sivota. Kid’s were amazed from the pool and the outdoor area. All of us Hope to return back next year!
