This house was great for our group of five couples. It was modern and spacious, the bedrooms were comfortable and it was a short walk from lake Michigan.

The Beachwalk resort is awesome and Raychel’s place was perfect for our group! Loads of space, stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms, and great gathering spaces. We spent a lot of time on the back porch with the lovely view of the pond. The neighborhood is great, and we took advantage of the pool and the pedal boats! We also loved there was a little cafe in the community center. Raychel was friendly and helpful!

We will most def book this home again in the future. It was amazing & very spacious. Incredibly well appointed. My exp w/rentals, even the spensy ones, is that they provide the bare minimum. This home had piles of beach towels & beach chairs & two wagons to haul it all & that was just for the beach. The kitchen had nearly everything necessary-even sharp knives! There’s a Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip. The Ninja blender was awesome. Perfect for mixing up everything from daiquiris to nanacado yogurt for the toddlers. Awesome gas grill! My fave place in the house was the screened in porch-so peaceful. The pool was just a couple blocks away & a newly renovated playground was just a 1/2 mile walk down Childers. The beach was a 12- 15 minute walk but was made so much better w/wagons to transport toddlers & beach stuff. We had a total of ten people staying & the only thing that might have improved our stay was a table that seats 10 instead of just 6. Lovely stay. We hope to return!

We loved our stay at the Cape Codder! It was perfect for our family (4 adults, 5 kids). Just a block from the clubhouse & pool, a very short walk to the beach and so many fun things to do just at the house alone! Tons of board games, a little pond in the backyard you can fish and a high-end grill that made bbq-ing so easy! The Beachwalk properties are so adorable and it felt like pleasantville! We loved our trip and would highly recommend!

Loved the set up for 10 people. Loved the washer/dryer and abundance of towels, wagon, beach chairs and proximity to all the things.
