This flat is actually Nice and Cozy and almost offer everything that you need specially the induction cooker, but they need to maintain/repair/inspect some of their electrical appliances and fittings such as hair blowers and bidet spray, at first we noticed that the bidet spray is leaking but after we reported it to them and after they inspected it they immediately fix it so kudos to ate (Caretaker) and the host/owner of the flat. All in All this is a really good flat to stay for vacation purposes. 😊

Art’s place is nicely located near the street mkt, 711, and restaurants. Public ride can be found right in front of the building. The pool is magnificent. The unit is well equipped with almost all you’ll need to have a comfortable stay. Over all we had a relaxing, restful stay.

Everything is great, until we cant use microwave i dont know what went wrong it has power but wont start. We thought heater was in trouble too but it was ok, di lang na saksak ng madiin. Reported the issue but host didnt replied. Maliban dun, super gabda ng place nice view rin from our room. Thanks. Still recommended.💖❤️👌
