Most of the furniture was damaged in some fashion; some was even unusable. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom could be a concern for anyone with mobility issues. The kitchen was missing dish towels, potholders and dishwasher detergent.

The house offers everything you may need to stay and enjoy Washington area, it is close to a metro station, Tan's really care about their guests, the house is great, clean, comfortable for a family of 4 like in my case, great deal for a great place!

My stay was great! It was a bit confusing how to get into the house. But that was due to technology failing not the host. The couch has a few rips that need repair and the tv controls were confusing/outdated. But we didn’t really need the tv. The shower head also had low pressure but it still did what it needed to do. Overall I would rent from her again! And recommend it to others as well

The place was good for the price. The location was not convenient. Tan responded quickly and with care to fix a plumbing issue. Furniture was adequate. Appliances were very convenient.

My stay to Tans place was ok. I had 2 issues. The upstairs unit B the tenant walked and shifted things around all night. It was really unbearable. I spoke to Tan about it and she dealt with it asap. It was a continuous situation tho. Another issue I had was the code to access the Unit A door. I didn’t felt to safe because the access code to that door doesn’t change an if you are able to get into the front door of the main entrance you are able to get back into that unit( if you had stayed there before). Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.
