John and Sammy’s place was amazing! Fitted well with our lifestyle with the dogs and the beautiful outdoors. The cottage was spotless and garden was great for the dogs as it was enclosed and safe. Off road parking available which is always a plus! My mother really enjoyed her birthday and was very relaxing. Would definitely return and recommend!

John and Sammy's place was very clean and tidy, every room was spotless and had everything you need for a home from home. John was very responsive with a few questions i asked and his directions to the property were spot on and wasn't hard to find at all. The welcome pack that was left for us was brilliant and wasn't expecting it at all , there was nice welsh butter, milk , bread , tea bags , welsh cakes , mini Easter eggs for my son and a bag of dog treats - amazing thank you. The garden was nice and large and totally secure and private which our 2 labs enjoyed . There is a well stocked shop literally 2min walk at the end of the road along with a amazing restaurant ( The daffodil ) which i highly recommend a visit and they accept dogs which is a bonus. The only slight downsides for me was the Wi-Fi was very slow which is very understandable given the location and despite being on a 20mph lane traffic was regularly exceeding that by as much as x3 so be careful if you have dogs!!

The property was lovely and quiet and private. The Daffodil inn was really nice place to eat and drink. Nice local shop on corner and easy drive to aberporth and tresaith. Nice wood burner in main room. Owners communicated really well and kept us up to date. Lovely welcome box even with dog treats!!

Lovely cottage, so well equipped & very comfortable,& spotlessly clean. Great basket of goodies waited for us in the kitchen with essentials. Very quiet with good shop & restaurant just a 5 minute walk away. Our dogs loved the enclosed garden too & we would come again!

Lovely place to stay, very comfortable and peaceful. Welcome pack with bread, butter, milk and tea waiting for us on arrival. Very much hoping it will be available when we visit again
