Giulio and his family were unbelievably kind and generous in many ways. We were blown away by not only how gorgeous and pristine their home was but his family went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent stay. From excellent restaurant recs, arranging a wonderful babysitter to even having some breakfast items in the house for us because we were coming in late on Easter Sunday, we felt so well taken care of. The property was so dreamy and even though the pictures are amazing, it looked even better in person. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families. We traveled as a group of 7 that included a 4 and 5 year old, who loved every minute of the stay. Thank you so much for having us!

Giulio’s villa was by far the nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed at. They thought of everything to make the stay luxurious and comfortable. All of the little things like toys for the kids, slippers, robes and toiletries for the whole family made it such a special experience. They even went out of their way to find us a babysitter with little notice. We can’t wait to return to the villa again.

The stay at Villa Anna was amazing. Giulio and Beatrice were so nice and offered to help with anything we needed. The house provided everything we needed and more. They had swim towels, sandals, and flip-flops for our use. The scenery is unbelievable. Would definitely stay here again!!

Tolle Lage, etwas abgelegen aber fantastische Aussicht. Alles sehr privat mit großem Grundstück. Supermarkt erreichbar in 10 min. Leider hatten wir etwas Wifi Probleme. Mobiles Datennetz quasi nicht vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Für Kinder ist wirklich alles vorhanden (Stuhl, Bett, Grschirr) Es gab regelmäßig frische Eier vom eigenen Hof. Wir haben uns Wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen. (Wir waren 4x Erw. +1 Kind & Hund)

Giulio and his family were fantastic hosts! The home had all the amenities we needed for cooking meals and also keeping the kids occupied with a bookshelf stocked with toys, books and games. Prior to our arrival they asked the ages of our kids to make sure they had bath robes and slippers in their sizes. The pool and hot tub were also a big hit with the kids (and adults!). The house was very private but Giulio was close enough to answer any questions or resolve anything that came up with the house. Extremely clean and well maintained, we felt right at home. Highly recommend!
