Close to the hospital and restaurants. House needs updating along with new bed and bath linens. Parking said for two cars but was narrow. The back patio area was not ideal. It was outdated and dirty. Host was accommodating and responsive overall extremely nice. It was a bit over priced but I paid it due to the location feom the hospital.

I have rented this home on five separate occasions. It has a great location and a very safe and peaceful neighborhood. House has a nice layout and rooms are a very good size.

I have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is very safe. The house has a nice layout and the rooms are a good size. The host responds immediately if you have any questions and/or concerns. I would recommend this property to others.

The house was very nice, clean, with a well landscaped yard, and was in a good location with a supermarket close by. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet, with not much traffic. The house was spacious, the bedrooms good-sized and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Bathrooms were clean and functional. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Pensacola, I would recommend this house.
