Great location for business trip or vacation, with fabulous views out across the harbour. Apartment is a good size with good basic amenities. Host was helpful and responsive. Can highly recommend.

Perfect location for a visit to Auckland, smack bang in the middle of the Viaduct. for that reason it can be noisy, especially in the weekend. but it comes with the territory. If you're looking for a weekend base to experience Auckland then this is the perfect spot. Beautiful afternoon sun, sitting on the deck, watching the world go by. Recommended.

Location of this apartment cannot be beat. Excellent restaurants and bars right down stairs overlooking the water. Hosts communication is excellent. Apartment was clean and had all listed amenities, but this apartment is dated and things like carpets need replacing. Offsite key pick up in lockbox is not ideal and if arriving very late at night can be tricky. We would stay here again just for the location.
