When you first walk into the apartment, you are immediately impressed by the beautiful space and quality of this airbnb, as well as the cleanliness of it. It was immaculate throughout every room, including the bathrooms (yes, 2 bathrooms). The dining room/living room area is a good mix of beautiful, comfortable and functional furniture. The table was a perfect work station, as well as a dining table. The bedrooms were all of good size. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed with loads of closet space. The same goes for the 2-bed bedroom: comfortable and lots of storage/closet space. There is also a third bedroom, with a twin size bed that seemed to be every bit as comfortable. The kitchen was excellent for preparing/cooking meals and even had a good size toaster-oven for cooking or reheating leftover meals and, of course, toasting multiple slices of bread. It is a well stocked kitchen regarding utensils and pots/pans with a wonderfully large food prep area. Arianna had supplied us with coffee, tea, and some other cooking necessities, such as olive oil. There is a lovely patio garden, exclusive to this airbnb. We, unfortunately, did not get much use out of it as there was rain almost every day we were there. November was not my ideal month to travel to Italy, but it still beats snow from where I come from. Finally, Arianna was a wonderful hostess, so helpful and responsive to all of my questions. She really wants to make sure you are comfortable and are enjoying your stay. I highly recommend Arianna’s place and I hope to be back sometime in the future.

Arianna è un host super.. disponibile, affidabile e molto precisa. Nel suo appartamento non manca proprio nulla ed è spazioso, accogliente, luminoso, pulitissimo ed ordinatissimo. Siamo stati davvero bene! Grazie Arianna :)!

Beautiful full equipped apartment in a calm neighborhood. Excellent wifi and shower. Arianna is a very nice host. We had a good stay. We’ve cycled (you have to climb because the apartment is on a hill), have been to the beach (porto san Giorgio, 10 minutes by car and free parking after 31 August) and we’ve visited the old town of Fermo. And that was a real surprise. Beautiful! Bakery and supermarket near the apartment and free parking in front of the building.
