100% recommend. Sol was very accomodating and easy to contact, before and during our whole stay. The house was comfortable and clean, and surprisingly big. Everything we needed was right at our doorstep - coffee, mercury drug and restaurants. Next time we are in Bocaue, we would definitely stay here again.

Very accommodating po si sir Ed. Kung nagbabalak kayong manuod nng concert sa ph arena I highly recommended this place. Bukod sa malapit sya sa arena very safe pa yung place kasi malapit lng sya sa police station and barangay hall. May malapit ring hospital in case of emergency. Marami din kayong pwedeng bilhan nng pagkain. And the place is very clean and spacious.

All hosts were very responsive and hospitable. Even though it was our first time visiting Bulacan, they guided us on how to get there very well. They were very friendly and we felt right at home. Wifi, toiletries, and kitchen utensils are available as well. For added convenience, we liked how the grocery stores were within a 2 min walking distance from the home's gate. Any group of people who wish to attend a concert at the Philippine arena should definitely consider staying here as it's only a 10 to 20 min tricycle ride (without traffic). You can ask Sir Ed for assistance with planning the transport to and from the arena as well. We hope to return here for any future concerts at the Philippine arena. Thank you!

Mam Sol is very accommodating, been really helpful from inquiry to booking to stay for both my cousin and I. My cousins and their friends enjoyed their stay & indeed a hassle-free place to stay if you're planning to watch a concert the Philippine Arena, my cousin specifically said: "Very nice place! Has complete kitchen tools and toiletries. Sir Ed was kind enough to give us tips around the area. The house is near the market and is a few steps away from a newly opened samgyup resto and is beside a church and the Poblacion Brgy. Hall so it is safe. It’s also near the Philippine Arena, around 10-12 minutes by tricycle. But, I hope they would update their maps coz we got lost on our way to the house on the first day but overall experience is great. Would highly recommend!" Having said that kindly update the pinned location in getting there tab/Getting directions here in the airbnb app. Nonetheless, it was easy going there after we contacted Sir Ed.

Feels like home! This is how I will describe this beautiful well-restored ancestral house in the middle of the beautiful town of Bocaue. If you want to feel as if you are visiting your grandma’s house, the way typical balikbayan wants to go home to, this is the best place in Bulacan! I grew up in Bocaue, and I wanted to feel as if I am back home, Ms Sol’s property hit all the targets! The place is beautifully situated literally on the side of the church, where you can hear early mass homilies everyday, not too loud, you can hear it when you are in one of the bedrooms upstairs. You have all the necessities nearby as well! People walked passed all day but you’ll feel safe because there’s an enclosed gate in the front, with a garage space for one vehicle. The front of the property has also street parking that can be used by public, but during our stay, these spaces are always accessible and most of our visitors parked there without any problems. The house itself is perfect! I’ll be back!
