We spent Thanksgiving at Amy’s place and our original plan was to cater most of the meal however, her kitchen was fully loaded with everything we would need to create a true Thanksgiving meal! The view…..❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ never stopped delivering. Amy was very thoughtful and provided extra things to make our Thanksgiving festive. Hope to return soon!!

Amy was a terrific host. She was. friendly, responsive and extremely nice. This is her main residence that she rents several times a year, so her closets and cupboards contained her belongings and food, but there was plenty of room for our belongings. The view of Santa Barbara is exquisite from her deck and the picture windows in the living room. The beds were super comfortable. We felt at home.

Amy was a wonderful host who went above and beyond. She was kind, thoughtful, responsive and her place was lovely. We will not hesitate to stay in her beautiful home on future trips.

The house is in a great neighborhood tucked up in the hills. Amazing ocean views. This is not walkable to downtown (the road is steep, winding and narrow) so plan to drive or Uber. The beds were all super cozy. The kitchen is fully stocked. As mentioned in other reviews/description, this is Amy's primary home, so you have to be comfortable with her food items in the fridge/freezer and personal items in closets, drawers and bathrooms. This was not an issue for us. Also, as mentioned in the description, there is a person who lives below (directly under the house on the same property). This did not bother us at all. We only saw this person one time as they use a separate entrance to the yard on the left side of the house to go below. The studio is darling. It's separate, but just outside the front door. Amy was very helpful with restaurant recs and amenities available in the home. She was a great hostess!
