Spent a wonderful, peaceful weekend here. The view was fantastic and the cabin was clean, well-equipped, and cozy. We loved watching all the birds on the lake in the early morning and enjoyed sitting around a fire in the evening. It was a fairly quick drive to Riding Mountain where we explored some hiking trails as well as the town of Wasagaming. I would highly recommend Lindsae’s cabin.

we enjoyed our stay at the cabin. great location. even though there are cabins right beside , we never had an issue with noise or seeing people beside us. we loved the lake view. just a heads up, the lake isn't great for swimming and no ladder to get onto the dock, and too rocky to climb out / no usable shoreline. also, of the three bedrooms, only the main one had a sliding barn door the other two had curtains only. just something to be aware of as that's not mentioned in the listing. we really appreciated the use of a RMNP pass and if it wasn't so windy we would have tried the kayak and canoe that was a big factor for us when booking. loved all birds- pelicans , crane , bald eagle , hummingbird, ect and an elusive otter we saw one night. thanks for opening up your cabin to us 😁

Our family had a great time staying at Otter Lake. The cabin was very clean and welcoming, the view was tranquil. Because the water wasn't swimmable, we were provided with a parks pass for Clear Lake, about a 20 minute drive, which we very much appreciated. There was a playground within a 5 minute walk of our cabin for our kids, and we also visited Big Valley (about a 25 minute drive) which was fantastic. Lindsae was very responsive and helpful.
