O espaço é incrível! Muito bem localizado. O anfitrião foi muito gentil e comunicativo o tempo todo. Voltaremos mais vezes!

Overall the apartment was beautiful, exactly like the photos and a great space. It was also in a great location, very quiet and near the metro line into the city. Unfortunately there were a few things that let it down. On arrival the apartment smelt very strongly of smoke - we are not smokers and the listing is advertised as “no smokers”. It took a lot to air the apartment and get rid of the smell. There were big sticky stains on rug in the lounge and very limited cups and drinking glasses. Totec was very quick to respond when we had an issue with the security shutters getting stuck, however it wasn’t fixed whilst we were there, so we had a week of a very dark apartment. As above, I did really like the apartment, and hopefully the above are one time issues.

El apartamento increíble, muy bonito, limpio y acogedor. Llegada autónoma. El anfitrión siempre muy atento, buena comunicación, se adaptaron a nuestros horários de llegada y salida, muy servicial. Fantástico! Estuvimos encartados! Espero volver !

We had an amazing stay at this apartment for 1.5 weeks. The apartment was beautiful, pristine, modern, and had all the amenities in the listing. The AC units in both the living room and the bedroom were extremely quiet as well — a welcome respite from the summer Madrid heat. The neighborhood is quiet as well, which is exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay again!!
