Great spot! We visited during the winter, but we could imagine the possibilities of the summer bring so close to the lake with a private beach. The house is set up perfectly for a nice weekend or week spent in the water. The house is also a great place if you plan to bring your dog on vacation. There is a fenced in back yard, plenty of space to walk the dog around quiet neighborhoods, and Angela thought of everything right down to food bowls, towels for paws, and poop bags.

Angela’s cottage was absolutely perfect for my husband’s birthday weekend staycation! We wanted to get out of Buffalo for a change of scenery and we’re so glad we chose this adorable listing! Things we loved about this house & it’s location: how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was, having no neighbors but instead a pretty field across the street, the neighbor to the left of us was incredibly fun to talk to & very kind/welcoming (I love that so many ppl gave her great reviews, lol), the beds were very comfy & clean, amenities provided were perfect (the maple coffee was delicious & I’m usually a tea drinker!), the tv had free Netflix etc, the back yard was large & well maintained, & the beach was a very fast walk & gorgeous! It’s very private & it made for a relaxing and fun/romantic walk. Driving to the Bills games was a breeze! Best of all was Angela’s response time⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She was a total sweetheart & ultra communicative! Shoutout to Maria’s Pizza, Nick Charlap’s, Lakeside Market 😁
