I booked this villa to host a small retreat. I held two separate retreats two different weeks with a little break in between. Restu was so helpful during both stays. The power went out on us on three different occasions due to using the hairdryer and they always came very promptly to fix it. As you’ll see in other reviews the driveway to get to the villa is a bit sketchy- our drivers never had a problem getting down it though. The place is kept very clean and Restu is great at setting up times to come clean that work for you. We had the chefs dinners a couple of the nights which were very good, villa breakfast (Indonesian) was VERY good and very affordable. We also had multiple massages at the villa which I also recommend. The only negative thing is having to leave when your stay is over.

Restu and the team here were first class! From the minute the process started we have found communication excellent. The Villa was idillic and provided an everything we needed. It was well equipped and well set out to meet our needs for 7 people. Restu arranged the driver from the airport and arranged the massages as well, which we had twice in the Villa. The chefs that came to cook our Balinese Treasure meal were brilliant and well worth the money. Nothing has been too much for this team. We were sad to leave as we had to move onto Lombok for week two. The area has loads of access with Grab bikes and taxis to the Villa in super quick time, so don’t worry about it being out of the centre of Ubud, you WILL welcome the peace and quiet. The pool was beautiful and clean and with the backdrop of the jungle, what’s not to like? Yes there are a few ants around, but nothing to worry about. The air conditioning kept the rooms super cool to sleep at night. BOOK THIS PLACE NOW!

Had excellent experience during our stay, they were super responsive to accommodate last minute request to make our stay extremely satisfactory. Thanks Restu who our villa host and the entire team for looking after us. Highly recommended
