Place was easy enough to locate, had cats and a very comfy bed (only three positives). When we arrived there was a woman (not long) who tried to help as fast as possible. The house that was listed had a couple inside so she was confused. We ended up being put into a house next to the property listed. We waited about 30 mins for the place to be cleaned, bearing in mind we arrived about 17:00ish. She was helpful and cleaned as fast as possible but certainly not up to standards. Although this place was cheap, it was as if we were sharing a dorm with ants and mosquitoes. There was rubbish beside the beds. One of the towels she gave us had thousands of dead ants inside but she swapped it as soon as we told her. The fridge smelt like a carcass had been inside for years. The house just had a bad smell to it. The shelf above the toilet was wobbly so when I tried to put the towel on after washing my face, the plant of dirty water fell onto my partner who was on the toilet.

This is a true hidden gem in Phom Penh! In a beautiful backyard this little house has everything you need, including A/C on both floors, a balcony and a huge TV. Everything is a little used and therefore not clean like in a luxury hotel, but considering the price its very very good value. Also very quiet at night, could not hear cats/dogs like other reviews mentioned. Try it out, it is very charming!

I enjoy the Loft-feeling so much. The big ass TV was a blessing as well for my plans :D Not everything is perfect, but it should not be - that what‘s make it charming. Thank you Long!

Unusual house for Southeast Asia. Lovely courtyard with mango trees. Сozy balcony. I can imagine a similar house in Tbilisi or Istanbul. The owner could make it amazing accommodation. But unfortunately, basic cleanliness standards are not maintained here: there is fungus in the bathroom, the refrigerator looks like it has never been cleaned inside (the smell is like someone died), dust in the room, lack of soap, etc...
