I couldn’t be happier about this stunning house!!! It was truly the perfect space for us during our short trip to Nyali. The host was very proactive with the communication and made it easy for us. Mike was also really helpful with everything we wanted!! Definitely coming back and recommending to friends.

Mary’s place is great, spacious and clean. Mary to improve on the follow up after checking in. A text on the 6th day did not help. We had already informed the care taker about the following and nothing was done. Blender not working. It’s either you have a working blender or it’s not there at all. Electric kettle not working. TV batteries in Master bedroom are expired Stained and dirty chopping board(took a photo of the board) it’s gross. No welcome fresh drinking water. Mombasa is very hot and before looking out for shops one needs a drinking water on arrival. Provide an insecticide/spray. Too many flies and Ants downstairs especially around the kitchen and in the dining table. We bought bolt and it was effective. The master bedroom drainage in the bathroom was blocked so the bathroom floods during shower. My hubby and I did not enjoy showers. The bath tab hose did not help either. We felt ignored but we were helpless since we had made the full payment by mistake.

The vila is amazing!! It is big with lots of very comfortable and big rooms and living room. It is well equipped with EVERYTHING!! It is guarded 24/7, close to shopping and party area & also to the beach (walk or short drive). Only issue for me was that the kitchen & kitchenware were very neglected.. But besides that it exceeded all of my expectations and more!! TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!!!!
