Villa Noesis is a modish residence with private pool built in two floors on a hillside overlooking the green fields and Rethymno coastline. It features 3 suites, a kitchen and a living room. Its peaceful and convenient location, in Roussospiti village; within just 10 minutes driving away from Rethymno, combined to its features guarantees the comfort of your holidays. Villa Noesis is situated in Rossospiti village, where you can reach in a walking distance the local tavernas and a mini market. Villa Noesis (155 m2) is a modish residence with private pool built in two floors on a hillside. It features 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the lower floor. The open living room with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a wc, are located on the higher floor. The veranda on the top floor offers the most amazing views whilst you can enjoy dinner or cocktails. By the pool you sunbathing on the loungers or organize a BBQ. Layout Upper Level / Entrance: Open Living room with sofas and dining table, fireplace Kitchen with all the necessities to prepare any meal WC Balcony with a coffee table Veranda with a tent and a dining table Lower floor: Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom-shower Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom-shower Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom-shower Outdoors Parking available on the spot - no reservation is required Private pool and deck with chairs, loungers and an umbrella Outdoor shower BBQ facilities Unfortunately, there is no infrastructure to meet the needs of people with reduced mobility and wheelchair users, as there is no lift to the upper floor.

Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa Eiendom! Ein tolles Haus, gelegen ganz oben auf dem Berg mit Blick auf's Meer und den Ort Rethymno. Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Strand und den Supermärkten. In der Nähe der Villa gibt es 2 kleine Tavernen mit gutbürgerlicher, griechischer Küche die jeden Abend bis spät geöffnet sind. Die Villa selbst ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alle 3 Zimmer haben einen direkten Zugang zum Pool, der wirklich sehr toll und sauber ist. Alles in allem ein wirklich tolles Haus und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Vielen Dank.
We had a lovely stay at Villa Noesis with a few bits which, needed sorting, but Kreta Eiendom were helpful and responsive to get resolved. A welcome pack with instructions for the white goods and a few basic provisions would have been useful. We would return and would recommend.
Everything was so lovely! But hard to find the first time but then we felt like locals. Artemis, Marina and the team were all wonderful and have great assistance and recommendations. Would love to come back again!!
This property is absolutely stunning! Unparalleled views of the town below and the Aegean. Gorgeous pool and terrace area. Modern and newly renovated rooms and bathrooms. Very modern open space great for socializing. The hosts are very friendly, very responsive and go over and above to make your stay delightful. They got back to us immediately on restaurant recommendations. They even offered to print our ferry tickets for us at the office! I highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you! Gregory
Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr schönen Zimmern und eigenen Bädern. Auch die Pool Area war perfekt und gemütlich. Zwei Tavernen sind fussläufig zu erreichen, um sehr leckeres griechisches Mittag- oder Abendessen zu genießen. Zu beachten ist, dass es nicht besonders zentral liegt, sondern in den Bergen - aber mit einzigartiger Aussicht, besonders vom oberen Stockwerk (Küche/Wohnzimmer). Mit dem Auto dauert es ca. 10-15 Minuten nach Rethymno. Gerne wieder und sehr zu empfehlen!

The village is located on the slope of Vrysina mountain at an altitude of 300 meters and at a distance of 9 kilometers from Rethymno. In the settlement with a wonderful view of the Cretan sea there are many Venetian houses, a 17th century fountain and the church of the Entry of the Virgin, where many frescoes are preserved. It is known as “the balcony of Rethymno” thanks to its outstanding view of the area, the sea and famous White Mountains!
500 m. south of the village is the cave of Lygeri, formed in neogene limestone. The cave features stalactites and stalagmites, with a 250 m long corridor. According to the legend, a lightsome girl died there. A second version wants the cave to take its name from a brave woman, whom the Turks, after capturing her, forced her to change her beliefs, and then sent her as a slave to a harem in the East.
The village has several tavernas and a super market.
Rethymno Beach is the closest at 7 km. Close enough is Despotiko, Koumbes Beaches about 8 km away. Platanes beach is 9 km away.
The closest south beach is Damnoni in about 42km and Plakias 43,5 km.
