Excellent deal, exceeded expectations for the price paid

The condo was spacious and comfortable. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. I really enjoyed the pool at the top of the hill. The property was well maintained. It was also walking distance to a grocery store which was convenient. Terese was very responsive. It was perfect for getting rest and relaxation.

The townhouse was perfect for 4 adults. 2 nice bedrooms with A/C throughout the house. We slept really well. Fully stocked kitchen. The crockpot was a blessing we didn’t know we needed — perfect to get meals done while you’re enjoying the beach. The pool was also a great addition and the sunset view from up there is breathtaking. The neighbourhood is really quiet, especially at night, but you can get everything you need at the corner grocery store. The bus system can easily bring you to Bridgetown, but a car was definitely needed for us to visit everything we had plan on seeing. Terese was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall an amazing experience. Would definitely go back!

Terese's apartment is truly better than the pictures convey--spacious, impeccably clean, and well-located near restaurants and a grocery store. There is a bit of a hike to get to the condo if you don't have a car, as well as to the pool, but once you're there, it's worth it. We had a bit of a communications snafu upon arrival, but Terese was quick to remedy the situation, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo. There were even beach toys and chairs available to use. If anything, Terese undersells the property because it was truly everything we needed. Note for Americans--I'm going to save you the confusion--to flush the toilet, push the handle QUICKLY down, and it flushes just fine. We were confused the first night, but Terese cleared it up for us and mentioned that we weren't the only Americans to have that difficulty, so it must be a plumbing translation issue. :) I would definitely return to Terese's apartment if we come back to Barbados!

Terese was a responsive host and her property was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the four outdoor areas for relaxing and dining. The pool and grounds are well maintained; the groundskeepers were there most days of our 30-day stay. We felt perfectly safe within the gated community and often walked at night from restaurants and the beach (only an 8-minute walk down the hill).The neighbors within and outside the property were friendly. Note: the apartment complex is up a steep hill from the beach, restaurants. and the grocery. We’re daily walkers and found the hill to be challenging. If you have a car, no problem.
