Before booking, Polly and Charlie were very responsive to questions. This did not stop the entire duration of our stay. Any question we had was met with fast and friendly advice and instruction. The flat was very clean and comfortable and there was a lovely terrasse where we enjoyed drinks at sunset. The residents we encountered in the building were pleasant and helpful. The Battesea area is becoming more established and we enjoyed exploring pubs, shops, and markets. Great bus connections to other parts of London as well as the Battesea Power Station tube line. We felt safe in the neighborhood and would happily stay at this location again. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

Auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft für unseren 4-Tages-Trip in London sind wir auf dieses Appartement gestoßen. Polly hat direkt auf unsere Anfrage geantwortet und uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Das Appartement liegt in einem modernen Hochhaus und zentrumsnah in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir konnten gleich in der Nähe im Battersea Park Café super frühstücken und in den Tag starten. In der Wohnung gibt es aber auch eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, wo wir abends auch mal gekocht und den Ofen genutzt haben. Zum Shopping Center „Battersea Power Station“ sind wir nur 10 Minuten gelaufen und konnten von dort auch mit dem Uber Boot auf der Themse London erkunden. Wir können das Appartement sehr empfehlen und kommen gern wieder.
Loved staying at Charles & Pollys place. It is the dream home away from home. Its so close to battersea power station which is amazing place to spend a lot of time, inside the place feels as if its your own home, very homely compared to the classic airbnb "revolving door" vibes that you often find. Polly/Charles come across as professional/smart and were easy to communicate throughout the trip even if I didn't meet them personally. Would definitely recommend and I'll stay here next time I'm in London for sure.
I loved my stay so much that I chose to extend it further. Polly was super easy to deal with.
