Great stay not too far from Oxford! Definitely recommend especially for the price, renters beware however, Ubers are expensive to Oxford from this area. Would stay again!

Everything was just as expected. The owners have done well with the modern updates to the home so far. The bed was super comfy, just like mine at home.

I just want to say thank you for the wonderful stay. Our family really enjoyed the home and perfect for us as we visited our kid at Ole Miss. Close to the university to be able to go back and forth to events. The home has a lot of charm, quite neighborhood, awesome kitchen/dining room and living room is nice place to be able to watch Saturday Football. We loved Water Valley and had one of the best breakfast meals at a local restaurant downtown. Easy instructions/check-in, place was very clean and beds were comfortable. We hope to be able to stay here again next year when we visit. Thank again, wonderful place, highly recommend!!!
