Large 2 Bedroom 1 Bath loft located just off of the GAP along the Youghiogheny River and centrally located in the City of Connellsville. We are walking distance to restaurants and our downtown area, less than 100 yards to the bike trail and river (a great trout fishing location). There is a full kitchen, in unit laundry, ROKU TV, outdoor patio with a large yard, bike storage, and parking. Under 30 minutes to Fallingwater, Ohiopyle, Fort Necessity, Fort Ligonier, Seven Springs and Nemacolin. We have a spacious two bedroom duplex located just off of the Great Allegheny Passage bike trail in Connellsville. The AirBNB is on the second floor above my wife's chiropractic office. It has a full kitchen, bathroom, free laundry, large living and dining room, an outdoor patio, bike storage and a large yard with a fire ring. The apartment is within walking distance to restaurants, convenience and grocery stores. We are less than 100 yards from the heavily stocked Youghiogheny River and centrally located to numerous local attractions. We will have a booklet listing local spots to eat, have drinks, or to grab a cup of coffee along with other well known local attractions.

We rented Ron's place for my son's rotation at Highlands Hospital. It was the perfect location. The apartment is very comfortable. It was very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen had everything you need to cook your own meals and there are a few restaurants nearby. Ron responded quickly to any emails and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this place if you are staying in Connellsville.
You won't find better accommodation in downtown Connellsville than this apartment! The block the apartment is on is a teensy bit disconcerting at first glance, but the apartment itself is new, well maintained, clean, and cozy. The common areas are particularly spacious and comfortable. Would totally come back.
Well maintained, up to date, and very clean. Does not disappoint and is very accommodating. Has everything you need to make yourself feel at home. Ronald is communicative and followed up with me after check in (even in the midst of the holidays) to make sure all was well. Will be staying here again in the future. Highly recommend.

Stopped here overnight while biking the GAP. Place was clean, convenient, and as described. Ronald was a great host. I left my glasses in a hurry to get on the trail in the morning and he was nice enough to mail them to me.

Connellsville is a small town with many things to offer, between the beautiful Youghiogheny River, our well maintained Bike Trail, local food spots, small businesses, and a fantastic Brewery. The Youghiogheny River and the Great Allegheny Passage bike trail run through the heart of it. Our place is in between both of them. We hope you find the joy in our little town that it brings us.
You will be in walking or biking distance to the Connellsville area and most of its attractions.
